Our Guarantees

14-Day Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Guarantee

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not working, you're covered. Within 14 days of delivery, email us at contact@ulurulighting.com with: (1) your order and item number, (2) a photo or video showing the issue, and (3) a photo of the shipping label and original packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we'll arrange a replacement part or an appropriate refund for the affected item.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Each piece carries a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. It doesn't cover damage from installation, misuse, or normal wear. Installation should always be carried out by a licensed electrician.

Returns

Because most pieces are made to order, returns are handled under our Refund Policy. Please contact us in writing before returning anything — items sent back without prior authorization can't be accepted.

Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, cancellations may be limited, and custom or specially imported components may be non-refundable.
