Shipping Policy

All ULURU Lighting pieces are made to order — we don't hold ready stock. The timelines below are estimates and may vary with materials, production queue, customs, and carrier conditions.

Production — approximately 3–4 weeks after your order and specifications are confirmed.

Shipping — larger and oversized pieces (over 100 cm) travel by sea freight, with an estimated transit time of approximately 4–5 weeks. Smaller pieces typically ship faster. Standard shipping is complimentary; expedited air freight for oversized pieces is available on request and quoted before production begins.

Where we ship — the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada. We can't deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Tracking — you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. For sea-freight shipments, tracking may remain limited during ocean transit and generally updates in the final week, closer to local delivery.

Customs & duties — any import duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility, set by your local customs authority. We can't guarantee customs timelines or fees.

Where we ship from — pieces are made to order in Hong Kong using components from Taiwan and mainland China, and dispatched from Hong Kong or mainland China depending on logistics.

Changes & delays — changing order details after placement resets the production timeline. We're not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or remote delivery locations.
