At ULURU LIGHTING, we specialize in handcrafted chandeliers made to order. This ensures you receive a unique piece, but it also takes time to create and deliver.
1. How long does it take to receive my package?
Receiving your package involves two main phases: Processing Time and Shipping Time.
Processing Time: 8 - 10 Business days
During this time, we verify your contact information, confirm delivery address, arrange accessories for assembly or production, conduct strict power quality testing and packaging goods. Once your order is ready, it will be transferred to the shipping company, we are not a shipping agent.
Shipping Time:
The time it takes to receive your order depends on the package size, your location, and the chosen shipping method. Please see the table below for estimated delivery windows:

For instance, shipping an oversize package (100cm x 60cm x 60cm) urgently to Toronto, Canada via Expedited DHL Shipping can take between 10 to 15 days with a shipping cost of $850 USD. (2024)
2. How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping: FREE
- Standard shipping is provided at no additional cost.
Expedited Shipping: Additional Cost
- Due to the bulkiness of our items, expedited shipping incurs a significant cost. Customers must contact us for a detailed quote and are responsible for the additional charges.
3. Customs Duties
For EUROPE orders, any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary by country.
4. How do I estimate the Delivery Time?
Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- The Estimated Delivery Date depends on your location and the chosen shipping method. Since we don't keep pre-made stock and produce chandeliers only after an order is confirmed, this ensures the highest quality for you. The delivery estimates also take into account parts availability in our warehouse and unforeseen factors such as strikes or natural disasters. We will notify you in advance if there are any factors that might cause delays.
5. Important Notes
- Expedited Shipping: Need your chandelier faster? Contact us with your desired delivery time frame and location, and we'll provide a personalized quote.
- Order Changes: If you change your order details (e.g., color, size, wire) after placing the order, Processing Time is recalculated from the time the changes are confirmed.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, changes to your order after placement, missed delivery attempts, or remote delivery locations.
6. Additional Information
- Tracking Information: Within 1-2 business days after dispatch, we will send the tracking number to your registered email.
- P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses: We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO). For US territories, please specify your location in the country section (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico).
