Return Policy

Most ULURU Lighting pieces are handmade and produced to order, so our return process differs from mass-produced retail. Please review the details below.

1. Return window — You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.

2. Eligibility — Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, in their original packaging with all accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Custom & made-to-order items — Change-of-mind returns are accepted by exception only and are not eligible for a full refund. A restocking fee applies. Custom pieces can't be resold as new, so refunds for non-faulty custom items are partial only.

4. Return shipping (oversized / bulky) — Return freight for non-faulty bulky items is the customer's responsibility; we can provide a pass-through freight quote on request. Items returned without prior authorization won't be accepted.

5. Damaged, incorrect, or defective items — Contact us immediately with photos or video. Once confirmed, return shipping is covered by ULURU Lighting and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

6. Restocking fee — A 20–30% restocking fee applies to custom items returned by change of mind, orders with specially imported components, and orders cancelled after production has begun.

7. Not eligible — Installed, used, or damaged custom pieces; discounted or promo-code purchases; unauthorized returns; products modified by a third party.

8. How to start a return — Email contact@ulurulighting.com for a return authorization. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
