Shipping policy

All ULURU Lighting pieces are made to order. The timelines below are estimates and may vary with materials, production queue, customs, and carrier conditions.
Production: approximately 3–4 weeks after your order and specifications are confirmed.
Shipping: larger and oversized pieces (over 100 cm) are sent by sea freight, with an estimated transit time of approximately 4–5 weeks. Smaller pieces typically ship faster. Standard shipping is complimentary.
Tracking: for sea-freight shipments, tracking may remain limited during ocean transit and generally updates in the final week, closer to local delivery.
We currently ship to the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Any import duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
