Order Currency

All orders will be processed in AUD or USD, depending on your location.


Delivery

We currently ship to Australia, the United States of America, Canada, and various European Union countries. 
All products are made to order using available or newly produced accessories. We do not hold ready stock for immediate shipping within 5 to 7 days.

  • Delivery Timeline:
    • Processing Time: Orders are custom-made and take 2–6 weeks for production, depending on size and complexity.
    • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery times are as follows, based on package size and shipping method:

Large (80cm x 40cm) 22-26 days 15-20 days (additional cost)

Extra Large (120cm x 60cm) 35-40 days 24-28 days (additional cost)


Please note: Orders placed between January 20th and February 10th will begin processing after February 10th, due to production pauses during this time.

  • Important Notes:
    • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO).
    • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
    • If you refuse or fail to retrieve a shipment, you will be responsible for original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and return shipping costs. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free of charge for all destinations.
  • Expedited Shipping: Additional costs apply. Contact us for a detailed quote based on package size and destination.

Customs Duties

For orders within Europe, any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary by country.


Order Tracking

  • After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another email with the tracking number.
  • You can check the delivery status by:
    • Logging into your account and selecting your order under “Order History.”
    • Entering the tracking number on the courier’s website (e.g., DHL).
  • Regular email updates on your delivery status will be sent even if you do not have an account.

Production & Shipping Process

  1. Bank Processing: 3–4 business days.
  2. Production Timeline:
    • Verify contact and shipping details.
    • Custom design, assemble components, install wiring, and quality-check.
    • Pack and hand off to shipping company.
  3. Shipping Dispatch: Orders ship from our manufacturing hub in Hong Kong or China.

Our products are designed and assembled in Hong Kong by skilled professionals using premium global components. Dispatch locations include Hong Kong or China, depending on your location.


Expedited Shipping Requests

For urgent orders, contact us with your desired delivery timeline and location. We will provide a custom quote for expedited delivery.


Changes & Delays

  • Any changes to your order (e.g., size, color, or details) will reset the processing timeline.
  • ULURU Lighting is not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Incorrect addresses.
    • Missed delivery attempts.
    • Remote delivery locations.
