Order Currency

All orders will be processed in AUD/USA Dollars. 

Delivery

Currently, we ship within Australia, United States of America, Canada and various countries within the European Union. Orders are expected to reach customers 3-5 Week business days after confirmation. 
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses of any kind as the couriers we use require a signature to confirm delivery.

If you refuse a shipment from ULURU Lighting or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ULURU Lighting. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via our preferred express couriers; UPS, USPS, DHL, Fedex, Yun Express, Special Line.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel. If you are registered with us, you can check the status by signing in and selecting your order under “Order History”. Alternatively, you can insert the tracking number supplied into DHL’s website. You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with us.  Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.
